Free Return and Exchange
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges* within the U.S. only. If you are not 100% happy with it, we will accept your return within 20 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange a sanitary inspection will need to be completed. The item must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, no weird scents (i.e. smoke, lotions, oils or fabric sprays) with original tags and labels. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 2 business days to review your request. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please include your packing slip with your return; otherwise, this may cause a delay in process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your return or exchange after it has been received and sanitary inspection is completed. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. Refunds are issued in the same form of original payment within 10 business days.
*All exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges.
The acceptance of a return for refund or exchange is determined at the sole discretion of WILDRAX.
Any request for returns beyond the 20 days of your delivery date are no longer applicable.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGE ISSUES
In the unlikely event the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at hello@wildrax.com within 7 days of receiving your order with an image(s) of it and order number. Please do this prior to returning the item so our team can review and follow-up with you.
