Our Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from us! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within the U.S.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of your delivery date.
  • A sanitary inspection will need to be completed before the item can be approved for a refund or exchange.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and have no weird scents (like smoke or lotions).
  • Please include all original tags and labels with your return.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item doesn't meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • We'll review your request within 2 business days and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Please make sure to include your packing slip with your return to avoid any delays.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange:

  • Please allow 2 -4 business days for processing your return or exchange after it has been received and sanitary inspection is completed.
  • We will email you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not.
  • Refunds are issued in the same form of original payment within 10 business days.

Important Policies to Note:

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges.
  • The acceptance of a return for refund or exchange is determined at the sole discretion of WILDRAX.
  • Any request for returns beyond the 20 days of your delivery date are no longer applicable.


In the unlikely event the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at  within 7 days of receiving your order with an image(s) of it and order number. Please do this prior to returning the item so our team can review and follow-up with you.
